    Pros

Adecco seemed to have the best contacts for larger organisations; they worked to find me a job based on my skillset & made several offers, easy to get hold of.

    Cons

Sometimes the staff in the office were a little abrupt when dealing with you even though you had a genuine enquiry, not much contact after role was started to find out how you were doing.

    Advice to Management

Try to be more helpful when dealing with clients, even though some may be a pain! Return phone calls or emails even if it is just to say you have no information.

I have been working at Adecco full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company itself pays attention to its staff in regards to training and development which is extremely important in any position. They have quite a few incentives and uncapped commission. There's top talent trips for top performers within the company and monthly conferences so you can review your progress over the months.

    Cons

Micro management, very cut throat (Which is expected as it is a sales based position). The company could spend some money on a refurbishment. Sometimes you can feel like the management team are never satisfied.

    Advice to Management

Look into the décor of the branches. Maybe find other personalised incentives within the branches. Acknowledge when people are doing well for longer than five minutes.
