I worked at Adecco full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Multinational Recruitment & HR company
    - Great internal development opportunities if you work hard & talk to the right people
    - Don't hold you back if you have the ability to grow
    - Good bonus structure for motivated, hard workers

    Cons

    - Starting salaries for grads not wonderful
    - Long working hours
    - As with all recruitment companies, there are unsavoury "lifers" that will try to make your job difficult

    Advice to Management

More account manager/business development job splits - less 360

I have been working at Adecco full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Enjoying the diversity of working with 12 established recruitment brands within Adecco Group.

Inspirational senior leadership team across h/o and the individual brands alike.

Flexible management team who appreciate the work vs life balance.

Huge focus on recognition across teams of Consultants / Support staff – regular rewards ranging from top table dinners to high octane activities and trips to tropical destinations

Good opportunity to progress career wise / move across to other brands nationally and internationally.

Strong culture and a warm, friendly place to work.

    Cons

Internal systems can be problematic with such a large scale organisation, although continuously improving due to significant investment.

Salaries could be looked at in certain areas in order to attract top talent.

    Advice to Management

Keeping their finger on the pulse and evolving with the market. Constant review of what works and what needs to be tweaked.

    Pros

Great work life balance and a social atmosphere although a hard working environment. Good time off policies, fair with excellent HR policies and procedures and support.

    Cons

Communication could be quite frustrating and rather than set targets and KPI's standard to each office, it was more or less standard throughout such a large organisation

    Advice to Management

Communicate, train and development and be honest
