I have been working at Adecco USA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Found me a good job quickly

    Cons

Radio silence when I needed help/advice on Adecco policies and information about my PTO. The first agent who I was in contact with quit and I got no notification, not even an out of office email so that I could know to contact someone else. The same exact thing happened a few months later with the second agent. The third was so utterly oblivious and unhelpful, clearly had no idea how to do the job, and is now the only one working in that office. It's truly a travesty how much money this company profited off my work without providing anything but a few hours of job searching at the beginning of my contract. I've called multiple other offices that are not managing my case, and they've been much more helpful, but the fact that the office that has access to all my files and notes can't even bother to call me back is ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

Fix your communications problems and train your employees to give better answers than "I don't know" to your contractors

I have been working at Adecco USA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Adecco gets you to work quickly. They also matched my skills with the highest paying position they had available and it was close to home. They are always available if you have questions and being so large they have lots of jobs and good online tools to help with paycheck info etc.

    Cons

It is a temp position and everyone would rather be a regular employee I think. They do offer health insurance after you have been here a little bit.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. You found me a great position and I appreciate it.

    Pros

    Great colleagues that are helpful.

    Cons

Only interested in bottom line. Everyone a number who is easily replaceable.

    Advice to Management

Turnover is creating little to no client loyalty.
