    Pros

They can get you the job with plenty of hours

    Cons

They are only temporary. Benefits are really lacking. When they don’t think you are of use any more they use any means of getting rid of you

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Adecco USA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits and PTO that starts accruing immediately. Ample opportunities for professional growth and development. Company size makes changing your career to a different department more feasible. Culture is warm and very family-friendly. Good work/life balance. Employees and leaders treat each other with respect and dignity always.

    Cons

Due to the company's size, there are organizational difficulties that make doing your everyday job more challenging than it needs to be. It is not uncommon for a corporate department to take more than a week to respond to an urgent email or not to respond at all, or to respond with "that's not my job" and no one to tell you whose job it is. There are always forms and approvals needed that take multiple steps and days to get small tasks done so you can feel like your hands are tied at times.

    Advice to Management

Give more approval rights to BMs and Senior Recruiters. These are the folks at the level who understand what it takes to get the job done, and have more availability to make the workday more efficient and have less waiting time for clients and associates.
