I have been working at Adecco USA full-time

    Pros

Job is rewarding in that we help people find work that can better their life. Great benefits.

    Cons

Current leadership is so far removed in understanding the operations of a local branch. Promotions continue go people with limited qualifications and/or no track record.

    Advice to Management

Focus on retaining internal employees who perform. Company is paying more for new people coming in than their long term employees.

I have been working at Adecco USA full-time

    Pros

I love the job and company I was placed in. This is the ONLY reason I am still with Adecco.

    Cons

I have worked in the same place the entire time I have been employed through Adecco. I found out shortly after being hired another employee I trained through Adecco was making more than me for the same job. After working there for more than 9 months, I found out everyone else that had been hired on after me was also being paid more than me. I found out the contact had gotten changed to give employee more money, everyone except me apparently. I'm training these people and they're being paid more than me. I call Adecco, and they finally raise my pay to the same as theirs. That's not fair.

    Advice to Management

Treat your loyal employees better than you do the ones that have no intentions of staying with their job.
