You get a lot of freedom, impact and possibilities to try new things and grow. You get to work with diverse teams and people from all parts fo the world.

Being part of a fast-growing startup aslo comes with a lot of challenges, can be a bit messy at times. But if you enjoy start ups you will most likely love it! Current challenge: How to spread information in the best way, to make sure everyone feel updated and included :)

Lots of responsibility is given where you prove value. Many projects are cross-department which is great for learning many sides of the business. The people are amazing and genuinely cares for one another. Many nationalities.

I look back at my time at Adfenix with warmth. Great values and culture and a really cool place to be at with next gen tech. If you have big ambitions, this is the place for you.

I was at Adfenix almost since the start. As for any startup we faced several hiccups from the massive growth. The organization and hierarchy structure could be somewhat messy, for better and for worse.

Pros

Great company culture, friendly colleagues, great collaboration, implementation of new technologies, interesting and challenging projects. Employees are shown appreciation in various ways such as praises, public awards, a nice gift or surprise flowers.

Cons

Sometimes things move along slowly due to inter-department dependencies or because of not being well planned. Salary reviews don't happen regularly.

- The leadership is well structured and they really labor to develop the company's constituent parts; that is, the employees. - The communication between the different teams, as well as the sense of unity amongst the teams, is splendid. - The products they sell, and all the work that is put into making the products work, are the bees knees, obviously. - Table tennis!

Cons

A downside to Adfenix is its amount of greatness. When you leave, you'll miss the place.

Customer focused. Everything is centered around how we can make the customer more successful. Amazing colleagues who are all working hard and is very friendly.
