    Pros

Flexibility to work from home. Generally friendly colleagues.

    Cons

Layoffs, No bonuses, Management in Burlington who have no clue what there doing.

    Advice to Management

Kelly Gratz - quickly bring in a person who understands the Enterprise Model. You have a person in charge of the Enterprise who doesn't have a technical background. What does that tell you. You need strength at the very top.

I worked at Adheris Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people. This organization is filled with a great group of individuals who unfortunately bought into a vision which its "leadership team" didn't and still doesn't have the capability of delivering.

    Cons

The "leadership team" of this company is by far one of the worst in this space though they are pioneers. They are extremely ego driven and have little respect for the experience their best resources have brought to the table. In what should have been an industry changing event, the acquisition of Catalina Marketing turned into a fiasco of failure. Those tasked with development of new strategies neither have the thought leadership or experience to meet or contend with market competitors. The most recent leadership purge is only a reshuffling of a tired deck and is only prolonging the sinking of this company.

    Advice to Management

Dismantle, you have clearly proven by your constant turnover and lack of vision you don't have the ability to take this company anywhere except to continue in the current downward spiral.

I have been working at Adheris Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Close to highway Rt. 3 and rt 95

    Cons

This company has big turnover recently. It was a good place to work for couple of years ago. After acquired by Inventive and merged with Catalina, most managers from "old time" were forced gone, the newly hired managers don't have the experience to handle this kind of company, and also have no people skill set to keep talented people to stay.
Managers in this company all get good size offices next to the window, while employees sit in the hallway or sit right outside someone's office door. So if you apply manager job, and you are good for politics and talking game, it is a good place to be. The office layout is so dark and stressful, I'd not recommend to employee.
Company future is unclear with who will be the final owner. Currently managers are working on not losing their job or getting promotion. They try to release more but ignore the quality of the product.
There are 2 layoffs this year , to look good in book; short of hand but reluctant to hire more, we were told to work harder...Culture is gone here.
In Adheris, compensation is average low. Each group is small, almost no career growth.
In a word, it is a small company which is struggling with the changes after the bought out and the management team is not professional.

    Advice to Management

Improve people skill set and manage skill set.

I have been working at Adheris Health full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good work / life balance
    Flexible hours
    Convenient location
    Ability to work from home

    Cons

    Layoffs
    Very high turnover
    Ineffective management
Management does not listen to or respond to employees
Poor internal communications even within teams
Lack of direction and focus for the business
    Distrust of Management

    Advice to Management

Management needs to focus on employees and listen to their concerns in order for the business to turn around. Layoffs were the wrong move at this time, especially when there is high turnover. When you let talented, hard working people go when and there is such high turn over that requires so many new people to fill their shoes, it only compounds the problem and makes it harder if not impossible to turn around the business. There is now a huge vacuum of knowledgeable people left who know our business and make things work. While there may be some short-term wins, the outlook does not appear bright.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Great Co-workers, great location, Nice office space, work out room downstairs, and full service cafeteria.

    Cons

Terrible management. They don't care about the employees at all. New managment has destroyed moral. InVentiv Health, parent company, doesn't care about employees either.

    Advice to Management

Take a closer look at new mangement and although they may be providing what you want, you should care about how that is getting done. The treatment of the employees that have worked hard there for years is just awful. People are your resources and it's sad how they are being overlooked, overworked, bullied, dissrespected, and underappreciated.
