    Pros

Work life balance and co workers

    Cons

Lack of Profits, in the last 4 years the company has missed its mark on its financial forecasts. There has been no innovation for the past 4 years. The sales continue to drop. Store network has decreased.
To get the company profitable and in the black senior management has decided the answer is force reductions with layoffs and that not hiring replacements when others leave. Turnover is a consistent problem.
The compensation is below industry standard in pay, yearly salary increases can expect 0.5-2.2%. Changes to the bonus structure have decreased dramatically over the years. Many saw there bonus go from 16% to 2%. There is no clear understanding what your bonus will even be.
Communication with Senior Management is poor they are disengaged with their employees and do not value their people. Adheris has lost many IT & Sales professionals with industry knowledge to better paying companies. Senior management claims to promote the "Above the line" approach (See Urban Meyer’s book for more detail), problem is they only hold the employees to these values not the management staff. Senior management is unapproachable with concerns as they feel they have all the answers and not the employees. Most are afraid to voice their opinion, as they me be the next person to be laid-off.
The benefits are nothing to write home about.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to provide fair compensation, retain their current employees to avoid constant turnover. Better communication with the employees and let them be heard without fear of repercussions. To increase profits, increase the sales, innovate and increase the network. Trying to be profitable at the employees’ expense is a cancer.

    Pros

Great people, who are enthusiastic about their job and company. Everyone is dedicated to the companies success. Workers have great knowledge and are subject matter experts in what they do.

    Cons

Company is unable to explain bonus structure on paper- very complicated. Leadership doesn't to care that key players are leaving the company due to lack of leadership and innovation.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your employees.. provide more leadership.

    Pros

There was not too much pressure in the work environment- good work life balance. Plenty of office parties, pizza lunches etc. if you're there for that sort of thing.

    Cons

Very stagnant. There are people there who lack the drive or motivation to push the company forward. A lot of gossiping.

    Advice to Management

Better communication with employees- give more focus and direction for where the company is moving toward. Create a livelier work environment.

I worked at Adheris Health full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

There are still some people left that want to help return this company to its previous success and profitability. Their voices and opinions need to be heard.

    Cons

Unfortunately those people are constantly being run into the ground and leadership ignores the real issues. This company is stuck in the dark ages and can't get out from under these problems as long as inventiv owns them. Unless strong leadership takes over and the company stands on its own, it will continue to slowly die.

    Advice to Management

Stop ignoring the real problems holding you back, accept who you are today....until you are able to do that, you can't work toward who you want to be. Work to separate from inventiv and find a company that is willing to make the investment needed to fix the place. That's a lot to ask and it may be too late for someone to take on that kind of risk.

    Pros

One of the strongest digital teams I have ever worked with - and there is a high level of trust in the work that comes from the digital team.

    Cons

Everything else - The strategy, account and creative teams do not operate as an agency. They are very unwilling to engage in a true partnership with clients. Very political and just out and out bullying takes place for those they have decided don't "fit" - although there is no structure. They don't have the appropriate expertise on hand to sustain let alone grow as a behavioral agency

    Advice to Management

Get new management - leadership team are not aligned, don't support the employees and are very underhanded and secretive. There is extreme turn over because of the environment and lack of leadership. CEO has demonstrated little to no interest in the division.

    Pros

The pros are long gone. There are still so many issues with products and processes even though it has been 3 years after the merger!

    Cons

Upper management just never learn and listen, resulting in people quitting every week.
Innovation that should have took place many years ago never materialize.

    Advice to Management

Keep the employees happy and stick with it, or else the company will never been successful!

    Pros

Flexibility to work from home at times when you need to, but prefer the employee be in the office.

    Cons

Overworked, understaffed and most are not appreciated. Most are yelled at by senior management and there is a constant revolving door.

    Advice to Management

Top Senior Management needs to ask HR to have honest conversations with those leaving and with those of a similar job level to understand why so many are unhappy.
