I have been working at Adobe full-time

    Pros

Compensation and benefit-wise, the company takes care of employees very well.

    Cons

I feel, there is certainly a lack of accountability in some teams. People lack leadership skills and don't give proper recognition to talent. There is also opacity between mid-level leadership and people under them.

    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at Adobe full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free Food in cafeteria and fruits in evening
Employee car lease plan and stock options
Reimbursement of Gym and other wellness activities up to 35 K INR

    Cons

Though Adobe as a company provides great benefits , AGS has leaders with slave mentality , hence entire AGS works towards squeezing you out completely. They will make you work all night if US counter parts demand it. Working here does not feel like working in Adobe or any tier 1 company, its just like any other Indian company which measures your potential by the amount of stretch you are doing for the projects . Staying up all night to complete work is a frequent and most appreciated activity . A certain manager stated to me that if you want to be successful you have to stretch , we all have personal life but we are sacrificing to climb up the ladder. If you are accepting an offer from AGS , be prepared to forget your work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Please value your employee's work life balance
