I have been working at Adobe full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

professional and friendly colleagues across departments, company actually cares about developing employees, interesting job profiles, despite large company size they try to keep things transparent and accessible, for anyone looking for a long term employer this is it (not really suitable for people looking for breakfast/lunch/dinner and regular company-sponsored parties!), plenty of sincere social responsibility engagement, excellent work/life balance

    Cons

office location is in Dublin 24 so everyone needs to commute unless you want to live in Citywest

    Advice to Management

I know you won't move the office location but at least the office space is nice!
