I worked at Adobe full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Intelligent, motivated people. Good facilities. One of the few stable and big product companies in NCR region. Opportunity to work on wide range of projects, covering different technologies as per your expertise / preference.

    Cons

Though engineering standards are high, compensation is lower than FB / Goog / MS / AMZN etc. Further, release timelines are long, often leading to lack of business perspective in the engineering team. Not a problem for early year techies, but a major issue for senior individual contributors.

    Advice to Management

Encourage more innovation, disruptive work, instead of only focusing on release. Encourage fair distribution of work in cross geography. Appreciate people also on their work and not just the profit made by the business unit.

I have been working at Adobe full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Challenging work place, always people will encourage to something new outside your daily work.
    - Invests good amount of money for empowering employees like certification courses, training.
    - Provides wellness reimbursement, free lunch and dinner, on campus zym, TT, pool etc.
    - Package is better than the market standard.

    Cons

    - Adobe IT is very risky as in every 2-3 months your manager and your technology will change, your new manager will have new ideas and he will want to be a superman.
    - There are fierce senior management politics in IT and that affects a lot to scrum team as the team don't have a clear vision about the future road map.
    - This is a very competitive environment, so you have to perform better otherwise your position is not safe.

    Advice to Management

    - Don't change the org structure very frequently, in last 2 years I have worked with 6 managers. In long run this is affecting personal development as an individual.
