I worked at Adobe as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Honestly a great place to work. The culture is friendly, eager to learn, and creative--perfect for interns or new grads. Benefits, like food and employee events, are fun and a good break from work. I worked on a project that was useful to my team, and could definitely see myself working there full-time.

    Cons

It's a big company, so if you're on a team where you aren't super involved it's easy to feel like your impact can be lost. It is possible to switch teams--I saw at least two people during my summer there that switched--but I'm not too sure how easy it is to climb up the coroporate ladder.

I worked at Adobe as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - The culture was absolutely fantastic, and they really take care of the interns (free food, lots of events, etc.)
    - You understand what it takes to keep a large corporation and team going.
    - There's an amazing work-life balance at Adobe. During intern orientation, we were told that working more than 40 hours had to be cleared with our managers. I didn't see any interns working more than 40 hours/week.

    Cons

    - This only applies to my position: I felt that my skills were underutilized and that I could have done something more difficult and strenuous.
    - Their conversion process from intern to full-time is awful, and no one really knows if interns will be converted to full-time.

    Advice to Management

Please make the intern to full-time conversion process more intuitive!

I worked at Adobe as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Really happy internship with a lot of good work done.

    Cons

Not much. I feel that that the internship is rather free but you need to find your own project and take a more active stand.
