I have been working at Adobe as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

here you get the chance to work on cutting edge innovation while doing normal hours and getting a ton of perks.

    Cons

Not a whole lot of vertical mobility

I worked at Adobe as an intern

    Pros

As an intern I didn't have the insurance package but they offer 401K, free caltrain pass, $100 commute credit. I cumulated $800 commute credit during my 8 months internship. But I forgot to transfer the fund to the clipper card. Keep in mind they will take all the leftover fund back from their commute creditcard. Also, summer interns get free lunch for 2 months. The food was decent, and drinks were all free.

I attended their weekly meeting with everyone in team and worked on individual project. My manager has a sync meeting with me every week to go over any issues, too.

    Cons

That they took all the commute credit back if you don't use it. I could have saved $800 for public transportation.

I have been working at Adobe as an intern

    Pros

Freedom to work on your own projects. Lots of established researchers there to collaborate or consult with.

    Cons

Since you bring your own project to the job, sometimes the goal and scope of the project does not suit the period of an intern.

I have been working at Adobe as an intern

    Pros

Great people and opportunities to prove yourself

    Cons

Interns are not necessarily given the most interesting tasks, but if you work hard on what you're given for the 12 weeks you spend there there's a chance you will be hired and will get more freedom in directing projects

I worked at Adobe as an intern

    Pros

The people were great! I met so many people who were willing to give me industry advice and insight, and provided me with their backgrounds so I could learn from their mistakes. I received a mentor, manager and tech mentor while I was there so there was always people to go to when I needed help.

    Cons

I didn't really get to meet any of the interns from the neighboring offices that much.
