I worked at Adobe as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Adobe was an amazing internship, easily on one of the best experiences I have had. I really like my team and had a great internship. A few of the pros:
    - Great work culture with a respect for work life balance.
    - Employee perks are good but not excessive.
    - Dedicated, brilliant, and interesting employees.
    - Interesting products to work on.

    Cons

Not many cons, occasionally as with any large corporation you see how some decisions from higher up take precedence over what teams are interested in doing. Team dynamics can be different, so you may like one team and not like another.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I have been working at Adobe as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

With most teams moving to Agile development the environment is more fun. There is a lot to be said for working on products with millions of users so it is very satisfying to do good work. As an avid user of almost everything Adobe before, during, and after working there I throughly enjoyed working there.

    Cons

There is a fair amount of bureaucracy internally as you might expect with a large Corporation. It can be hard to get heard without knowing the right people, but it's not necessarily that hard to go find and talk with the right people.
