I have been working at Adperio full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great company culture with tons of room for growth within the company. People first mentality - early outs in the summer, stocked kitchen, stand up desks, fun parties!

    Cons

Digital marketing is a tough industry to stay relevant in - It's important to research changes on your own as well as learn from your peers.

    Advice to Management

Management keeps an open door policy - they are always open to discussion and take each employee's concerns/ideas into account.

I have been working at Adperio full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A paycheck for first timers in the workplace.

    Cons

My time at Adperio was full of internal conflict. I knew what we were doing was dishonest, but I gave in to the "go with the flow" mindset. We knowingly took advantage of clients ad dollars as we sold them fraudulent traffic. The entire business is a shell game where only the management knows all the rules, so many of the employees are blind to what is actually going on. Adperio is a fraud house and I am sad I wasted time there.

    Advice to Management

Stop taking advantage of young people new to the work place by asking them to carry out your scheme.

I worked at Adperio full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Early outs on fridays during summer. Stocked kitchen. CEO is nice.

    Cons

Conflict of interest between management jill and HR. This makes for a uncomfortable work environment when you can't talk to HR about concerns you have. And middle managers won't stand up for you because they don't want to anger upper management. Selling junk ads that annoy people is no fun.

    Advice to Management

Get out of your management clicks and support your employees. Don't be afraid to stand up for the people that work under you.

    Pros

The company is always evolving and looking for new ways to improve and innovate, which I think is a great necessity in this industry. I feel that everyone is challenged to bring new ideas to the table and can truly can see their contribution to the growth of the company. Great work hard, play hard culture and community.

    Cons

The constant innovation and growth can be demanding, which requires a self-motivated personality.

    Pros

The culture of the office is overall positive and upbeat. The people are friendly and it is a welcoming place to come to work everyday.

    Cons

The nature of the business that Adperio is involved in is very unique. The certainly have their own niche carved out and you need to be able to learn their strategy and be okay with it.

    Advice to Management

I would advise managment to be more open minded when thinking about the future plans of the business.

    I worked at Adperio full-time

    Pros

Awesome group of people, really enjoyed my colleagues. Fun events, small teams, room to try new endeavors. Snacks in the break room - maybe I should put that in the cons!

    Cons

Not much room for advancement with it being such a small company. Sometimes it seemed they were lacking direction. There isn't much training - they emphasize "figure it out" - "self-motivate."

    Advice to Management

Invest in proprietary technology, more training - maybe even a formal training process. A lot of trial by error, which led to a lot of error.
