    You'll have an opportunity to work with a collection of motivated, talented architects. The clients are typically sophisticated and interested in pursuing high-end design. There are opportunities to work on significant domestic and international projects.

    Cons

    Work/Life balance is usually not that great, comes with the territory. It's not an environment for everyone, it tends to favor self-motivated, fast-paced individuals.

    Interesting projects. Always new challenges from each project. Will never get bored. Talent people to work with. Can learn a lot here.

    Hard to balance work and life. Always work under pressure. Compensation & Benefits is not so good.

    It all depends on projects. Some projects have very good management, but some does not. Generally it needs improvement.

    Treat contractors better, they're human beings too. Treat people how you would want to be treated.

    Pros

    Most of the projects are very interesting, internationally known, design oriented and cutting edged. All ways use the most current technology.

    Cons

    Lots of work...work & work, lack of resources such as technical support, lack of communication between team members. Relatively new company. Therefore, employment is Very vulnerable to short term work load.

    Advice to Management

    Quality work requires strong support of experienced team members' efforts also. Please respect & appreciate your hard working team members.
