Upper management seem knowledgeable and eager to help. Hired on the spot. There is opportunity for OT sometimes. Coworkers genuinely want to help members with their concerns which helped team morale.

The third party insurance agencies they partnered with often times would not be transparent about about what the customers were buying, and push back when members insisted on cancelling. The main complaint was that members were told they were purchasing ACA Qualified Health Plans which was often not the case. This created unecessary stress for the agents which left the Customer Service Reps holding the bag. Tax season was also stressful as that was around the time most members who were counting on their ACA requirements to be met had to instead contend with bad news. Other times, members would complain that the agents rushed them to sign the policy into effect without clear understanding of the benefits. The list of complaints goes on. The cancellation policy seemed to be built more about the preservation of the partnership Adroit has with those agencies rather than the consumer due to contractual obligations. All of these issued caused there numerous escalations. Managers remain swamped in escalated calls, and you may find yourself queued with other coworkers. Also - Employee benefits were mostly the same products provided to the members.

Pros

The pay is great. In addition, the benefits are great. They hire really nice people who are easy and fun to work with.

I do not like the location even though the building is very nice.
