    Growth opportunities, hands on training, good benefits, set schedule - NO SUNDAYS!

    Cons

    Every one is supposed to be a team player with coverage, but this does not occur. Same individuals always having to cover other stores.

    Benefits and work hours. Tend to work long days, and schedule is always changing.

    Pros

    Great customers, hours are ok

    Cons

    Always short staffed, management is non existent until they come to audit you. Then you get written up for things that you didn't know you needed to do. Or get dinged for tasks that haven't been completed yet, but are not scheduled to be completed until weeks later.
