Pros
great benefits, very flexible, great hours, paid holidays, manager is great to work with, long as you follow through with company procedures then everything is nice and easy
Cons
short staff due to covid-19
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Company offers convenient schedule in most cases. Paid holidays, paid sick time, and paid vacation time all available for full time employees. Paid for training!
Cons
Short staffed right now due to pandemic, and lack of being able to find good help!
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Given the option to take between 35-1 hour lunches. Paid for travel when pertaining to the job. Paid holidays off. But the only reason this is even getting 3 stars is because of the customers. The customers made it so much easy working there.
Cons
Underpaid for the CSR position. My last manager was extremely messy. Turn over rate is horrible. In under 1 year I’ve had four different store managers ( not all were bad ) and seen different DDO come and go. They don’t care if you have a sick child at home or a death in the family(true story). You’re told your job comes before your own family.

Pros
Paid time off, paid holidays, off 1 day during the week and Sundays, get to wear jeans
Cons
Making collection calls all day,you might get laid off during a pandemic regardless how long you been there. DDO's play the favoritism game. They don't pay enough to management with all they do.

Pros
Every Sunday off,401k match, health ins, dental, vision, paid holidays and PTO.
Cons
Compensation and some managers think they are better than you, talked to as if you don’t know what your doing
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Bonus, advancement and all the sick, vac, and paid holidays
Cons
None what so ever thanks

Pros
Has good benefits, pto, quarterly bonuses, paid holidays.
Cons
Long work hours, only you and another person working together.
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Short Saturdays, off Sundays, 9 paid holidays, sick time and vacation. This is a good building block job for a lot of people but I wouldn't make it a career just a learning Stone and something to help build a resume
Cons
Marketing in your personal vehicle with little mileage reimbursement, they don't want you to have high bad debt but continue to lend to the same repeat customers who never pay on time and always contribute to the centers bad debt, promoting people who don't deserve it only because they put in a 2 week notice, so they promote to keep them, when they have employees who work there and haven't threatened to quit, that actually deserve the promotion. Bonuses sound good but there's too many stipulations to them, hours get cut down to 36 an hour EVERY 2-3 quarter. With only 2 people per center for most of them if your sick its like pulling teeth to get someone to cover so you can be out,

Pros
It's nice having every Sunday off, and paid holidays. Getting to know the customers is great. The benefits are decent.
Cons
Poor staffing levels. It seems most centers are under staffed, and the demand is high to be efficient despite not having the proper level of help. Corporate is indecisive when it comes to a company plan. So far this year they have launched two new products (one of which they planned to roll out to all centers in my state, then abruptly cancelled without explanation with only half of the centers set to launch active with the product), changed the bonus structure twice, decided not to give pay increases at all in 2014, and they also cancelled out gold buying, and still left us with a gold budget for the remainder of the year. (How are we expected to reach our gold budget if we aren't allowed to buy any?! ) Also they require grassroots style marketing efforts without any formal advertising (in my area) to enforce it with the public. Put a commercial on TV and billboards along highways, and allow your center employees to focus on the customers that come through the door.

Pros
Decent hours, paid holidays and floating holidays; lots of training. Opportunity to bonus. My leader is wise and patient. Very supportive
Cons
Ancillary products are not very competitive. I am a salesman I can make us more money if our prices were at least the same as our competitors. Room for advancement but have to move
