      I have worked for this company for close to 4 years and love it! I feel I have complete autonomy, I am not “micromanaged”, but my manager does get back to me within 24 hours to answer any questions. I feel trusted snd independent, but not “alone”.       We are never guaranteed hours and run low on patients sometimes. In fact, I am now looking for supplemental work.

      Advice to Management

      Cannot think of anything. Keep doing what you do. Since our name has changed to “Signify Health”- Maybe some new name badges that reflect this?

      Upper management was difficult to work with. Due to constantly changing how we were to do our jo and or jobs.

      You get to work from home and have work life balance.

      I have twenty five plus years in nursing and I have never seen a turnover rate so high in a single department as I have seen with Advance health and Virginia Premier. Front line staff and people in leadership have either quit or were fired. Many peoples livelihood is being badly affected and by choice some of these times.       The nice patients and nothing else

      Cons

      The extreme micro management by nurse practitioner who have no clue what it means to be in the field therefore, they set unrealistic time goals. Who spends 65 minutes in a patients house??? Not even in clinics does that happen. The patients don’t want us sitting in their house when we are done, it’s awkward for them!! The schedulers have no sense of sensible scheduling and will have you running around like a crazy person....

      Mr Brian Wise, the reason you are still in business today is because of the NPs. Please let the rest of your team know that because apparently there is a lost in translation somewhere. Doctors will never do this job and if we leave there is no company. Treat the NPs well and stop the micromanagement and the pettiness. Stop putting NPs with no extensive field experience in top positions, they lack the brain power to make...

      BENEFITS, supervisors/managers that support you and value you, autonomy/lack of micromanagement, job security! booming industry

      With a company growing this fast, often times you feel more like a number to Upper Management rather than a valued employee. This has gotten A LOT better

      Keep doing what you're doing. Push back on the upper level managers because we know you care.

      Laid back in the ac or heat great training program the environment very welcoming and superbly nice. Honestly that’s really it great full time starting pay and good schedule. Get there early leave in the afternoon. Your basic 9 to 5

      Cons

      The end of the training program seems like your being kicked out and moving on with the next class no conservative for the old trainees. Repetitive speaking and strict schedules can’t miss one day. Unless it’s a valid excuse not even being sick is valid. This is not a customer service job it’s a sale position based on a free service toward the members.

      Advice to Management

      At the end of the training be more concern and actually give a good congratulations to the trainees don’t just give them a certificate and kick them out like if they’re a trash can and your just moving to the next. Have a training system in rebuttals cause they’re very difficult to do. Less strict on the whole 2 day miss schedules as y’all say we’re all humans.       Beginning pay, holiday parties, some events, employees AND older supervisors.

      Cons

      VP(Vice president), HR, communication, OVER worked, underpaid, unrealistic goals (only made to benefit the company, bonus structure (God forbid you hit bonus, they'll change the quota status in a blink of an eye, during that time you bonuse). Poor connection rate, harassing members all hours of the day and night, MULTIPLE times a day and week! Should I go on? Can't seem to keep a full staff on each team, been through...
