    Pros

Rotating 12 hour shifts provides lots of days off.
    Some flexibility with schedules.

    Cons

    Supervisors are horrible.
    Don't trust anyone.
    Safety practises are minimal.

    Advice to Management

    Replace supervisors

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Advance Research Chemicals as an intern

    Pros

Small company, close knit and family environment, always looking to move their company forward, compensate well and give interns flexibility over the summer, installing upgrades to the company (gym, lounge areas) often

    Cons

Still developing their intern program, not a huge amount of room for growth, if you're a young intern there aren't many other young people who work at the company most are thirties or above

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Advance Research Chemicals (More than 3 years)

    Pros

$25 Walmart Card for Thanksgiving Holiday

    Cons

Skulduggery and Intrigue in an Indian caste system with all the comedy of errors that goes along with it. Cameras and microphones everywhere.

    Advice to Management

Pay more compensation to junior line production personnel. Fewer signs of conspicuous wealth (Masseratis, Porsches, Rolls Royces, Mercedes recreational vehicles). It seems that it must be a requirement of every manager to go out and buy a new foreign brand car.
