    Pros

    Small enough to allow employees to try things without much approval.

    Cons

    Processes are long and old-fashioned. No management support. Operates from a fear-based mentality.

    Advice to Management

    Get in touch with your areas. Each state has its own unique recruiting and customer dynamics which do not always spell profit for you. The executive team has lost track of what it is like in the trenches and likes to manage by fear and intimidation. Everyone seems to be afraid of their jobs, and rightly so. Communicate with your "grunts" so you know what is going on.

    Pros

    found a job right away

    Cons

    They take advantage of you and then get mad when you speak up. They hire you as a part-time, low pay employee and quickly make you a full-time employee who is on call all the time. No schedule etc just we will call you an hour before we want you to be there and expect that you will 7 days a week. They lie to you, use you, and when you tire of being taken advantage of then they find a bs excuse to end your assignment. Very shady and the government should investigate them.

    Advice to Management

    Look out for employees and not your own selfish needs. Management in Atlantic needs fired.

    Pros

    I really cant think of any when it comes to this job.

    Cons

    Management only showed interest in you when your where basically an informant for drama.
    The constant schedule changes made it hard to balance life outside of work.

    Advice to Management

    Get some new fresh faces.

    Great support staff
    Opportunity to get HR experience
    Livable wage

    Cons

    Will pinch pennies on your salary
    Seemingly dead end, and no promise of future from upper management
    Huge swings in work flow on a month to month basis

    Advice to Management

    Provide bright employees with realistic paths to the future. There was no promise of a real career path for me. Other organizations found my resume online, asked me to interview for their open positions, and provided me a path to a prosperous future upfront. I then had no choice but to leave, and Advance Services lost my talent.

    Pros

    The coworkers, provided they last log enough without being fired for no good reason.

    Cons

    I am one of four people I know personally to be fired from this company for no apparent reason. We all started a work day per usual that ended in us getting fired for a minuscule reason (like checking a work email at a work meeting or using a company car to meet with a client past hours). Anything as simple as an error in grammar could cost you the job here. They are also known to pass up current employees for better positions, hiring outside agents with no experience. The current employees are then expected to train the new upper management personnel. This company needs a serious overhaul in its hiring, human relations, and overall management before someone could work there without fear of losing their job at any moment. Think it wouldn't happen to you? Think again. You're wrong. Four people in one office in three months, none of which whom did anything wrong.

    Advice to Management

    Keep your good employees and quit firing them. You treat good people like garbage.

    Pros

    Great Benefits Nice environment I honestly can't really think of much else unless you consider 11.60 high pay... which I dont.

    Cons

    6 minutes allowed for bathroom breaks a day, having to listen to people complain all day long, miserable place, miserable coworkers, miserable job, miserable department, stay away from CR if you value any shred of sanity. Supervisors have plastic smIles and will sell you lies. Don't get hooked.Ive watched one of my coworkers struggle and management just toys with them. If you try to help anyone, your job is threatened.

    Advice to Management

    Stop lying and breaking the law. 6 minute bathroom breaks are illegal and you preach this junk about integrity, then lie a lot. Bad bad bad place.

    Pros

    Great benefits. Great environment for agents! They grow the employees they have.

    Cons

    Starting you have to work the later shift and Saturdays, but you get to move up in shift quickly.

    Advice to Management

    Doing a great job. Love the motivation for the agents and the EOTM program!
