    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Advanced Clinical Research (ACR) full-time

    Pros

Good place if you like variety of research studies and can handle several different things coming at you at once. I like the people who work here. They seem to all be willing to help each other out and want to do good work. They are picky about who they hire.

    Cons

They do have some training but most of it is hands on and sometimes the work seems like it is too much too fast. But most people figure it out fast and they will give you more studies as you get it.

    Pros

Great learning opportunity. A lot of responsibility.

    Cons

Management will treat you like a child. Constant backstabbing between the employees. Insane workload (nights and weekends with no extra pay). Dishonest manager.

    Advice to Management

Have a little more respect for your employees.

    Pros

Occasional Bonuses. Hours good with flexibility. Good work/life balance. Fairly competitive pay.

    Cons

Poor Management with poor communication and lack of ability to develop and implement new and needed processes. Management is overwhelmed and there is a clear lack of support.

    Advice to Management

Have clear roles for each person, and communicate. Upper Management needs to learn how to manage without micromanaging.
