    Pros

    Great environment, always busy in a good way, offered lunch break, can listen to music while working.

    Cons

    No eating at your desk, takes forever to get a log in.

    Great Flexibility and Pay as an LLC Tech. My manager is great!

    Cons

    The corporate office can sometimes make life more difficult than necessary.

    Advice to Management

    Extend the contact rate to a more realistic 72 hours.

    With a small team, a developer can make a significant contribution.
    Some scheduling flexibility regarding daily start time, lunch length, and daily end time.

    Lack of formal Agile or other development processes.
    Lack of formal training for the field in using the new application.

    Create a formal, measurable training program that can help evaluate user's understanding of the new application being developed. Consider adopting a light Agile development approach.
