I have been working at Advantage Resourcing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people that work there are amazing down to earth, willing to help, and work as a team. The pay is fair and leadership is invested in us.

    Cons

The office area and call center could use a face lift with more employee perks similar to the many of the top ranking "best places to work" companies.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in your employees internal and external and the company will grow.

I worked at Advantage Resourcing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you produce, they'll be flexible.
    It's a paycheck.
You get to do good things for good people
You get to meet a lot of interesting people in passing(They turnover a lot)

    Cons

The VP is vocal about not caring about morale. The branch that I worked in saw over 20 people turnover in 1 year... Sad, because there were 26 people working when I started. They have low priority to backfill, which really sucks for the people that remain. They expect a lot, you almost have to demand your balance. Most of the people working 5 plus years are going to be fake watch dogs.
Not a long-term career solution. If you are Black, shy away from asking about a sales position, you may have to lose yourself to get it.

    Advice to Management

More incentives, and more importantly, more respect for what your employees do. I worked with some good people that were put under pressure, produced, and got nothing but a "thank you for my bonus, work harder" I COULD NOT RECOMMENDED ANY REAL PROFESSIONAL WORK HERE.

I worked at Advantage Resourcing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people that work there are great!

    Cons

Very few accounts to work on, poor management, micro managed to a degree that is unbearable.

    Advice to Management

Be honest with people in interviews--if you are Tier 2 and there is no manager contact, tell them so they don't leave a job they like to come to a dead end.

    Pros

    Great benefits, great vacation hours

    Cons

All management is very good at lying to your face and making promises that just aren't true. Like just because we hired another recruiter doesn't mean we don't want you also, to turn around and fire me for following their rules.

    Advice to Management

Be honest to your employees they'll work harder

I worked at Advantage Resourcing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fast-paced, open to entry level candidates

    Cons

Poor management, unorganized, lots of turn-over, not competitive with bonus structure.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees and you're more likely to keep them around. For most of the people that worked there it wasn't feasible for long-term employment, which is a shame.

I have been working at Advantage Resourcing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Got into ford by contract thought I made it to the top.

    Cons

Advantage resourcing is by far the worst contract house out there and I have worked for a few.
Reason being: No raises or performance based reviews, zero response from staff when issues come up. empty promises. im leaving without notice never have done that before. if you want to be stressed work for this company. ZERO EMAIL RESPONSE FROM ANYONE IN THE COMPANY.

    Advice to Management

    Dissolve the company.
