I worked at Advantage Solutions (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I worked for ASM for close to six years. I started off as a part time employee and left as salaried. If you are willing to put in the time and hard work you can definitely go places.

    Cons

With my years spent with the company, I witnessed a lot of changes. Sadly to say the worst being restructuring of upper level management of certain retail teams, which lead to numerous issues in execution of goals at the field level.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget about your boots on the ground.
