      Great company to work for!

The wage is significantly above minimum, the supervisors are attentive and respond quickly to anything that might come up, they are compassionate and generous and have truly pulled together for there employees that are on quarantine at this moment, they offer benefits to full and part time employees, regardless of whether you are new to the company or have been there for awhile I feel like part of a family my supervisor listens to my ideas and trusts my work and observations. I am proud to be with this company through this trying time and after we get through it, also there is potential to work more hours than given in a week, if you are the type of person that can learn fast and work on your own then you would love this job

The company is in California so I haven't met any of my superiors in person, I had a little trouble starting out with my online training, there is no actual hands on training, I had to just kind of wing it with my handbook at first, I did not start out with many hours, as far as any paperwork for government assistance it is really hard to find someone to fill it out and turn it back in. It is really hard to get in touch with HR

Great management, superstar coworkers, no drama, very independent job! Management doesn’t bother you too much during your time on the job, which I love ! Don’t get me wrong my manager will walk around and observe/ take photos of me with customers as well as give me advice on sales techniques, but besides that it’s all on me. I love the independence with this job. My cart is ready to go when I walk into work, I hand out samples and try to meet expectations with selling the product, I go on my break, go back to work selling, then clean up my cart and go home. My manager has been nice enough to go the extra mile and put my time in for me as well, due to the fact that I didn’t understand the system when I started... I don’t want to leave this company ! They didn’t even hold my first check! Would recommend 10/10

Honestly the only con i have is that because I didn’t put my direct deposit information in my check was mailed to me... but I’m working on that, I was supposed to be paid on a Friday, and received my check by Sunday, which honestly isn’t that bad. The only thing I wish was that they offered medical benefits to part time employees, there’s really no way to hit 30 hours weekly when we only work 6 hour shifts Thursday through Sunday...
