Pros
They are growing company. They have a great marking campaign

They really want people that just push buttons. They don't want people that will think outside the box. You also must be ready to have a prayer and Bible teaching at every meeting. They also like to burn people out.

Pros
*PTO *Good work environment with fellow office members
Cons
Corporate is a mess. They are going through a brand transition change and are trying to put aspects of healthcare into cookie cutters. It does not seem like they were well prepared for the transition. For example, we are expected to buy new uniforms, but they didn't have all the departments figured out. Front desk had to wait weeks to get a final decision on uniform type. In the beginning, they were expected to wear uniforms that made you look like a flight attendant. We are working in a hospital, not at JetBlue??? As a medical assistant, corporate gave us a "script" to follow and how to talk to patients. Come on, health care is about compassion and being personable. We're not robots.

Pros
Great organization Generally, live their Christian values Care about their staff Disciplined and the organization is well run Committed to their mission.
Cons
Be Very Careful if you are thinking about IT. The CIO is a bully and is a sadist and I do not use that word lightly, He loves to shred people apart and the more fear he creates in people the bigger and tougher he feels. It is actually very sick. He is an attorney but does not understand technology so he relies on his direct reports. He rules them with fear and the fear is palpable as it cascades downwards. The CIO pushes his direct reports to the breaking point and they push downwards very hard. I never heard him tell someone that they did a great job, I only ever saw him belittle and put people down, I know not very nice and not encouraging at all. I left because of the stress I felt daily. Besides that their pay scales are quite a bit below the industry average.
