Pros
- Spiritual. One day/week they have a virtual worship call and a few of the larger meetings, prayer is said before getting started. - Great work/life balance - Wonderful team support - Good benefits - My position is mostly remote - Was less than a month in and was eligible for the "across the board" pay increase (I believe happens every year)
Cons
Was not a deal breaker for me, but holidays do come out of PTO bank. With what I accrue, did not bother me as much, but some might have a bigger problem with it. Again not a deal breaker, but my position requires some on-site travel for go-lives as I am within 50miles of HQs. Insurance is a bit more expensive than most.

Pros
Decent benefits and pay and the mission of the company is something I can get behind.
Cons
Toxic micromanaging leadership who doesn’t support or care about their employees. Little to no training and expected to make no mistakes. You are blamed for things that are out of your control. Work life balance is nonexistent. There are unhealthy expectations and favoritism.

Pros
Good Health benefits., stable jobs, and okay pay.
Cons
HR is a joke. You can't get a live person to talk to. Applied for 15 plus jobs turned down for each one. I didn't have the preferred recommendations but had all the requirements for each role applied for. The rejection emails were the requirements for the role weren't met. Resume never made it past HR or to the hiring managers. IF you get an interview it is because you know someone or that someone other than HR gave your resume to the hiring managers.

Pros
The culture here is incredible. Every person that I met, on day one, made me feel like I was already part of their team. There was not one person who was not excited to greet me, get to know more about me, and show me the ropes. It has already been an incredible experience.
Cons
There are no downsides, thus far. Unless, you count the beautiful view from the corporate offices making you feel like you are on a vacation, a downside.

Pros
PTO, room for advancement, wfh jobs available
Cons
Will tell you that you are eligible for rehire after doing the "right" thing by submitting 2 week notice only to give you a bad reference and blacklist you when you try to apply for other positions within company. HR will ignore your emails. Very unprofessional and off-putting way to handle things... If you're thinking about putting in a 2 week notice, don't! They don't deserve the generosity.

Pros
Pay scale is above average
Cons
Toxic leadership and culture on the administrative side. I used to think it was a good thing when people stay at a company for 10+ years, thinking that means employees like it there. 10+ years just means that there is no healthy turnover, people are stuck with the mentality of “this is how we’ve always done it” and a huge lack of innovation and real change. Very disorganized communications and leadership who get leadership positions not based on qualifications but based on family or friends working in higher positions. Also for a major healthcare player, you’d think their insurance premiums would be affordable. They are the most expensive I’ve ever paid at a job. They don’t manage their internal costs very well.
