      Pros

Great place to work and they live their motto - Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ! Benefits start the day you start. Everyone is treated equally and fairly. They are very supportive of personal health and well being.

      Cons

For me since Covid we have gone totally WAH and I really miss seeing everyone. I know we can reserve a desk but why go in if non of your team is there. Working from home alone is not fun.

      Pros

      It use to be culture

      Cons

      1. If you're silent and do what you're told, you will move up. This culture is hurting the company more than you know. Celebrate ideas, recognize and address genuine concerns, take a calculated risk, innovate. 2. Stop being top-heavy. There's a new leadership position every other month, and for some areas, there is very little (if any) benefit in adding another manager, director or PM to the project. You need people with experience to lead projects, not another pretty face to listen in on a call. Stop promoting people to management positions because they "participated" in a project. Participation doesn't mean expertise, understanding, or devotion.

Great Overall Mission, Poor Developmental Investment

      Pros

Great mission with this system. Great feedback from most executive team members, and department heads. First hospital I've seen a CNO working on the ground level when short staffed, and the leaders are typically walking floors. There is ongoing development for fixing previous employee concerns and shortages.

      Cons

Although walking floors, there seems to be a disconnect from reality versus what is wanted to be seen. Developmental training is virtually non-existent in non clinical positions. There are unclear and unspoken rules that team members are held accountable for, and reprimanded with no fair evaluation of efforts. Dependant on department and role, there is a jump the gun approach to accountability.
