    Pros

Friendly Coworkers. Competent professionals, but the ranks are thinning fast

    Cons

Management sole objective seems to be self preservation; dissenting voices ignored or suppressed. New culture is one of fear and uncertainty, a toxic mix

    Advice to Management

Start caring about and listening to employees. Or do everyone a favor and resign.

I have been working at Advisian (More than a year)

    Pros

    You are able to quit.

    Cons

The services they sell are not backed by the ability to deliver. All of the 'sales' guys who try to bamboozle CEO's to buy their services have NO idea what it is they are even selling. They lie constantly about their experience and past clients. This is truly a disaster company and hinder your organization more than help. And the fee's are exorbitant for nothing.

    Advice to Management

Dissolve the company into WorleyParsons. Not like they are doing any better.

    Pros

Kept me employed for a while. Pay was decent for a 100% travel firm.

    Cons

This company began as MTG, Ltd a great consulting firm with a good atmosphere and culture. It was bought by Worley Parsons and within a year went from well over a thousand employees down to now 33 remaining in Operations. The work / life balance has completely changed not for the good. They promise bonuses but quickly did not pay them out when changing from MTG to Advisian.

    Cons

Need to define new ways of collaboration between the management consulting side and the technical / technical consulting side
Need to get more value out of our business development folks

    Advice to Management

Keep up the communications, especially around integrating the new capabilities
