    Pros

Great work environment. They absolutely care about growth and want you to learn as much as possible. Also very flexible with school schedule.

    Cons

There is not really a con to the company except they are a pretty small firm.

    Pros

It is interesting work and preferable to a more traditional law firm. The lack of hourly billing makes the work/life balance resonable. The partners are young and flexible and are pretty nice people.

    Cons

It is stressful in this down economy and I am concerned about possible layoffs. It is a very small office so it does not provide as many social opportunities as a larger firm. Sometimes the client expectations are unreasonable. It is complex work and that can get stressful.

    Advice to Management

They are doing a good job, but should try to expand the fields of practice. Pay attention ot who is working hard and who is just claiming to work hard.
