Cons

Nothing really to mention as a con that is significant, especially when comparing against previous employers. That said, I like to work with people in person, so ways of encouraging employees back into the office more regularly would be a plus from my point of view, but not really a con.

Pros

- Awesome HR personnel interested in work/life balance and efficiency and avoiding burnout - Lots of opportunities for feedback, 1-2-1s etc - CTO and tech lead are willing to listen about making improvements to the platform - Participated in 4-day week trial

- Legacy platform with one hell of a learning curve, like months-worth. - Outdated or lack of documentation - Digital department has been grown and then mostly axed (possibly more than once) because of issues with business contracts falling through

- No direction - HUGE lack of industry knowledge - Controlling CEOs - Zero management skills from higher ups - Micro managers - Weak product - The type of company that thinks a “pizza party” is a perk - Thinks they’re progressive and a “unicorn” company, when in reality below average

Layoffs Elon Musk style with staff logging on to find their accounts disabled. If this company hasn't run themselves into the ground by years end it will be a miracle.

Cons

Very few cons now, significant positive changes have been made. The new management team is more experienced. However, I do sympathise with some of the other reviews. - Company lost its way a little during the pandemic - The company grew too fast without the correct management team in place - We lost a few great team members before the positive changes made a difference
