    I worked at Aegis full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Flexible hours for the new staff that starts working at Aegis Port Saint Lucie Offices. Willing to work with your schedule.

    Cons

    Repetitive work that can get annoying at times even though you may get good at it. Staff can be hard on new hires.

    Keep up the good work

    Pros

    Wide variety of staff trained in various techniques and a wide variety of diagnosis and types of patients from wound care to stroke to debility

    Cons

    High productivity requirements without the management to support you. Poor support for employees for CE even within facility. Multiple times told to complete paperwork off the clock. High turnover.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in your employees. People who enjoy work tend to make a stay more enjoyable.

    Pros

    The best part about working for Aegis Communication was assisting customers in using their Benefits.

    Cons

    The down side to working for Aegis Communication was the company's carefree atmosphere and poor physical condition and cleanliness of the call center.

    Advice to Management

    My advice to Management would be to enforce a drug free workplace inside and on the company's property; as well as, make sure the employees are working in a safe environment.
