    I worked at Aegis Therapies (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good, knowledgeable,supportive rehab team.

    Cons

    productivity is pushed over ethics and moral
    micromanagement for management to get bonuses
    untrustworthy management
    no compassion
    no concern for your health
    you will work in a blizzard! no concern for staff safety, just meeting metrics
    don't do it!!!

    I would provide advice, but it would only fall on deaf ears and nothing would change.

    Pros

    staff are able to flex schedule, always looking to hire because of high turnover, expected pct increased every year, lots of locations, owns most buildings

    Cons

    poor middle managers, high turnover, expectations increased every year, frozen pay, only cares about bottom line, middle manager has no oversight,

    allow facility level decisions
