    Pros

Good Management, great communications with the Corp Office.

    Cons

Pay increases could be more but I know it is driven by the clients.

    Advice to Management

Be tougher on the just "OK" employees

    Pros

    Good Starting Pay.
    Very (Too) easy to Call-Out.
    Good Health Benefit Pkg.
Easy to go to Office to talk--good access
Paid Vacations/Holidays--Unusual for a Contract Agency..

    Cons

NO Pre-tax Deduction For MBTA Passes.
Poor pay increases-Extremely Subjective/erratic-shows lack of any appreciation of doing the job.
No Positive Reinforcement--ALL feedback tends to be negative ONLY; esp. from Account Mgrs.
Jobs tend to be dead-end--Minimal chance of any Advancements/Promotions.

    Advice to Management

Join the MBTA Pass Program--Just don't reject suggestion out-of-hand.
Along with these Displinary Reports Also Have a 'Positive Performance Reports' to note good job performance. Road Supv can easily carry both forms.
Have a yearly pay increase to at least match the Boston Inflation Rate. Only fair.
