    Pros

Aerosim has Good systems in place. There is a steady student load. They wil pay for your MEI and you'll have a constant flow of Multi Engine students.

    Cons

Management can be lacking at times. There is a ton of paper work which will keep you there while you don't get paid.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to provide a more functional training on Aerosim procedures and train the instructors to work in their environment.

    Pros

The flexible work schedule is great. Additional week off christmas through the new year. Good group of people work there.

    Cons

Little internal movement inside the company. The managers have been with the company for a long time and resist change.

    Advice to Management

Need to work on communications within the company. Post all jobs internally before you post them elsewhere. Stop hiring outside applicants for open positions.
