Pros
Management team has realistic expectations for performance. They base their decisions on data and always try to put the team in a place for them to succeed. Product is amazing and it keeps getting better!
Cons
awareness of the product is a problem. Seems like the company needs more aggressive and innovative methods to drive market awareness

Pros
Good salaries, work from home or go to office. Decent though not great benefits.
Cons
10+ years is old for a startup, but claiming startup status is an o verworked excuse for management mistakes. Hire a lot of people, then have layoffs. "Agile" means no plan and no discipline, so you're stuck in a cycle of starting over and no real progress. Also trapped supporting weird features because anyone can write new features just because they want to. Lots of good people, but they're wasted. Too many creepy oldtimers who get away with bullying colleagues. Company makes a big deal about values but it's all talk.
