    Pros

The culture is great. Management is eager to assist you and they give you all the proper training you need to be successful. They go above and beyond for their employees and in turn, employees go above and beyond for our clients. Management encourages you to do side-by-sides with people from different departments so you can get a better understanding of he company and how it functions.

    Cons

To be honest there is not a con in my opinion. My experience has been completely great. The only thing I would change would be the Regional Controller at the West Coast Corporate location, Lauren Schneider. She sometimes has a tendency to "bad mouth" individuals to her peers and other co-workers.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.

I worked at Aerotek full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Occasional free food and events. The company does well with the training aspect. It also provides plenty of chances to move departments. However, that is usually isn't based on work ethic.

    Cons

Very high school like. High emphases on being unnatural social. Not for everyone. Management chooses promotions based on popularity rather than actual substance. The upper leadership continuously preaches diversity. But, the upper leadership is minimally diverse. Low pay for the amount of work. Only 3 hours of overtime a week.

    Advice to Management

Try to not pick favorites based on who socializes well in the office. Consider that not everyone has the ability to feel comfortable in all spaces. Therefore, inhibiting optimal socializing.

I have been working at Aerotek full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Health benefits aren't bad. Team environment is pretty good. The location is close to the mall and restaurants.

    Cons

Management is unfair and awful. They only do what is convenient to them and do not care about helping you advance your career at the company. I would think twice about working here..

    Advice to Management

You need to fix a lot of things in order to keep your employees within the company

Great people and atmosphere. Everyone is happy to show up at work daily. Great experience to collaborate with a professional team. You are not just a number.

    Cons

Starting compensation is not the all around highest but there is opportunity to make more of you are willing to stick it out.

    Advice to Management

I wouldn't change a thing about management. Everyone is there to support and grow not only the business but also you as an individual.

I worked at Aerotek full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    No clocking in or out
Free lunch if leftovers from training
    Pay is ok
Promote from within, but only if you are a "favorite" they don't care about any previous experience.

    Cons

The Tempe location is completely ran by recent college grads, who have no other professional experience. That is fine if you are in the same boat, but if you have experience in corporate America, it can be difficult to work for them. They have no clue how the real world works..as they have only worked at Aerotek and are full of the "Kool Aid"

LOTS of overtime expected, and you will get talked to if you do not stay late on a weekly basis. Lots of bar hopping as "team building", so if you have a family or don't like to go out, this is not the place for you.

Clients do not like the billing practices, and the expectations require you to nag them multiple times every week.

    Advice to Management

Hire more experienced people as upper management ..stop promoting the "bros" because you like them.

I worked at Aerotek full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You were paid weekly and able to leave work early the day before holidays, sometimes.

    Cons

Upper management ONLY lets you get promoted if they want you to. You have to go through them to apply for any other position in the company. They over work you and under pay you. People who do not have a bachelors degree get paid $2,000 less than people who do walking through the door. It is literally like high school all over again. They treat you like children, even though you are adults
