I have been working at Aerotek full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great people, great training, great entry level opportunity to get into recruiting and sales. If you are successful you will make more here than about anywhere else. Performing Recruiters are making $55k-$75k. Great Recruiters are making $100k+. Every large office has salespeople making $200k-$400k. Culture is 100% committed and generally cool type-A's you would want to have a beer with. The skills, drive, and sense of urgency you learn at Aerotek serve you well anywhere you may go later.

    Cons

If you are just looking for a low-commitment 8-5 job while posting on social media about where you are partying that night...you will not like Aerotek. Success requires an all in approach both in work ethic and active support of the culture. That is not for everyone. There are Political Science grads 3 years out of college making $200k+, but there is a price to be paid. All the tough work comes first. If you are not up for the level of work and commitment, Aerotek is not for you. If you are, none of this is really a "con"

As far a real cons go, the benefits are only OK, and finding work/life balance is pretty difficult.

    Cons

Nothing against Aerotek, it's just hard working temporary, and then having to go somewhere else.

I have been working at Aerotek full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good company to work for. Finds you employment right away. They try and solve any issues you might have right away.

    Cons

Health insurance is horrible. Pay way to much a week and it really doesn’t cover much. If you want more coverage more come out of your pocket. Which in turn leaves you with a very small check. Point system is a joke. The only way you don’t get points if your dying and that’s a maybe, if it has to do something with your child. If you get sick at work and have to leave you get a point. Even if you have proof that you were at the doctor, you still get points.

    Advice to Management

See if you can get us better coverage with the insurance and the point system needs to change at least where if you sick and have proof you were in the ER, hospital or doctor you shouldn’t get points. And it should be more than 4 points allowed.

    Cons

While working here I haven't had many problems one of the issues was getting the pay started but communication is there and the people are very nice to work for so I really don't have anything bad to say about this

I have been working at Aerotek full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I have been at Aerotek for over 15 years and I feel like Aerotek is my second family. The investment that the company and the people within it provide to you, has and continues to amaze me. I have always had a very strong work ethic which has paid dividends at Aerotek. If you are willing to put in the effort then you can achieve success relatively quickly. It is very common for individuals to be making 100-200k within their first 4 years. If you have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude then I would highly recommend Aerotek. I also love that we are a privately held company that offers ownership/stock in the company for achieved results. As we are staffing company, I have seen thousands of work environments over the years and I would put our work hard, play hard culture up against anyone!

    Cons

You have to be open to a lot change as the company is always trying to evolve. Every day is different and there are a number of ups and downs throughout the years. Lastly, you have to be willing to put in the time to achieve success. If you prefer a standard 8-5pm with a lot structure than I would recommend looking elsewhere.
