Pros
I think the biggest pros is that everyone here has the same goals and passions and are driven from within. We are all competitive and eager to move up the ladder and to make a lot of money. Aerotek will invest in you and they promote from within which is really nice because you dont have to worry about someone else coming in over you. Everything you do is noticed and you build off it to grow. There is tons of opportunity with Aerotek and if you are looking for growth potential and to make a lot of money than why not invest with Aerotek.
Cons
We do work longer hours at times and sometimes the work-life balance is tough to manage.

Pros
This is really good company to work for and they offer good pay too and a lot of the recruiters are great to work with
Cons
The only problem I had with working for aerotek is the agency that they had me working for that really was not following the temp guidelines at all
