    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    High caliber coworkers
    Competitive Compensation
An overall ability to take ownership of your work
Success is generally recognized by management
An extremely interesting and highly competitive service offering

    Cons

The organizational structure is very lopsided
Senior management has difficulty staying out of the tactical and focusing on the strategic
Some areas of the company work very collaboratively, however a large portion of it is under an organizational structure that is very authoritative and tends toward a stifling level of micromanagement. That said, it is still possible to thrive and succeed despite this issue.

    Advice to Management

The company structure needs to be better organized. There are too many people grouped in one area of the company and it restricts the ability of the organization to achieve all that it can achieve. There are extremely talented people in the organization and the company can achieve much more if the reins were taken off.

    I worked at Aeroxchange full-time

    Pros

Innovative company, strong team and great co-workers. Opportunity to work with different cultures and in locations around the world. Excellent location and competitive pay.

    Cons

Smaller organization limits advancement opportunities. Diverse customers with similar, but not identical requirements strains the ability of the organization to respond which can make things difficult for customer contact personnel.

    Advice to Management

Don't try to boil the ocean. Keep a sharper eye on communication to customers. There is a tendency from some groups to put internal issues/policies in front of customers which can be off putting.
