I have been working at Aerus full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Outstanding income for the right candidate. Flexible hours so you can spend much needed time with family. The product is the best out there and if you explain its benefits well they are a sure sell.

    Cons

You can't just sit around and expect a paycheck

    Advice to Management

None. You are what you sell

I have been working at Aerus (Less than a year)

    Pros

Instilling confidence, providing hope, giving great employee skills.

    Cons

Not being entirely upfront about the process, tier advancement and ultimately being a commissioned sales position versus medical equipment or air quailty

    Advice to Management

Those that make it to second or third week should be given more information to make a qualified decision about continued employment.

Not having enough qualified people in the sales force.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what has been working for almost 100 years!

I worked at Aerus full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The positive atmosphere and the motivational meetings every morning. The experience and knowledge that you gain will help you in future jobs. You get to learn how to maintain a schedule, set appointments, run credit card applications and work with the best cleaning equipment on the market today.

    Cons

The problem with this job is it's very deceiving. You are given constant hard to reach goals. You are commission based in your earnings so if you can't sell your not eating. I have seen people go for weeks working 6 days driving hundreds of miles only to make less than 20 dollars. On a positive turn they may make over a thousand the next week. This is not a good job if you have family or other commitments although they say you can set your own hours it is frowned on if you take time off.

    Advice to Management

    Be honest from the beginning

I have been working at Aerus part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great atmosphere, awesome products, my store is willing to work with financing and helping any chance they can, within reason.

    Cons

With financed products- If you quit you lose all the money in the back end.

There are a lot of empty promises made. They told us about the commission up front, but don't really help you to get started other than "fnr" appointments, they will run them with you until you feel comfortable...

    Advice to Management

I think you should still give the rest of the money to the employee who made the sale; still employed or not. It was their money they made and deserve it.

I worked at Aerus (Less than a year)

    Pros

Got to meet different people and build a clientele, got to handle all money and credit card transactions, and overall I loved the job.

    Cons

Commission based and not making the money that I needed each week.

    Advice to Management

Great place to work, great people to work with but you really have to bust your butt to stay alive in that business.
