You can have a good amount of flexibility and work from home.
Cons
Aetna Corp is a sinking ship, unfortunately. Poor processes, poor onboarding and training, leadership is not open for innovation. They also loose a lot of business opportunities due to the fact that they do not self perform and have to outsource pretty much all their EV charging business. Leadership doesn't have an open line of communication with staff. Poor corporate culture.

Good pay. Great PTO, holiday pay and sick leave
Cons
Weak sales staff. Can’t close any deals and not very knowledgeable about the electrical industry or EV chargers. Not much training for sales staff, project managers or estimators.

Family owned company. Technicians are great.

Just don't get hurt on the job. They take care of you. Then part ways. I would have rather my job back.
