    Pros

    Real world experience with multiple areas of the company. Got to work under multiple areas of the business. Mentors around the business were very interested in helping interns learn while there for the summer. Summer long capstone project with team members from offices across the country.

    Cons

    Field office interns don't get to present the capstone in person, only the headquarter interns have the opportunity to gain the public speaking experience.

    Work at home, good work environment at the office. Excellent pay. Great training and competent supervisory staff. Excellent computer software to work with.

    Cons

    Some long hours to work. There are no retirement options. Work expectations can be high. Sometimes the computer software does not work.
