High commission, low market penetration, great product. Hardest part is just setting appointments with business owners. Once you have that first appointment 85% of decision-makers will see the value in the product and make the benefits available to the employees. The employees are generally even more positive to the product and usually acquire at least the two basic policies.
No salary, no benefits as an agent.
