    I worked at Aflac full-time

    Pros

Wonderful opportunities for self motivated individuals to move up and receive career developments. Good benefit package

    Cons

Middle management often becomes hung up on perception instead of resolving issues - poor merit system for pay increase

    Advice to Management

Implement better merit system and reward reality reports instead of numbers that have been manipulated to change view of current state of department
