Management from the coach level and above was wildly unreliable and ill-informed if you had to make any inquiries to them.

    Pros

I am still in training however everyone is extremely friendly, it seems like they highly value there employees and want and encourage growth within the company.

    Cons

I know they have a higher turnover rate due to dealing with upset customers however they do there best to train you properly so you know how to handle these situations.

I worked at Afni full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None everyone there is a liar. Make sure you ask alot of questions before you take the job

    Cons

They hire off of the street. They want you to behave like a robot. They teach concepts not job performance. They expect you to teach yourself. The location is dirty the management is asinine. You dont meet with the people managing you until the first day of class. People over you that you have never met have the right to fire you. Management is always fake busy. They dont have answers to any important questions. If you are not a suck up their is no room for error. Be prepared to be thrown to the wolves. Most people in my training class quit or got fired.

    Advice to Management

Level up and appreciate the over worked under payed employees that you have. The people that stay with this company are miserable.

I worked at Afni full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    easy to get hired

    Cons

not trained properly, don't have the right authority to take care of customers problem which mainly consist of them being lied to and than being charged more, the volume of calls is high because the customer never gets any satisfaction, there is a revolving door of employees because after training you are not treated with respect you can not even go to the bathroom without asking, it is like being in school but worse.

    Advice to Management

Why don't you treat employees with the way you would want to be treated. I can not understand how you can even sleep at night, you take advantage of a poor job market out there and abuse the people you hire knowing that they will take a lot before quitting. I also want to know is why you don't comment on negative reviews?
