    Pros

    Good pay, great hours, full coverage health benefits; health , dental, vision, death, 401k etc.

    Cons

    Attendance policy, supervisors being too buddy buddy with employees, favoritism, hours, need to work a little bit better with college schedules, short breaks, not really understanding. I broke both of my feet, one right after the other still made it to work on time and then all of a sudden when my car is in the shop you want to fire me.

    Advice to Management

    Stop being buddy buddy with employees, stop showing favoritism, train your employees better with all of the restrictions that the floor has instead of giving new hires these half truths and pipe dreams. Afni isn't all that it's cracked up to be. But it's a good job.

    Pros

    The workplace was friendly and laid back. If you got your work done and met the goal then you were set for your typical work day. Everyone from the staff, to supervisor, to employees were nice.

    Cons

    The closing shifts sucks. They closes at 12am. I hate that long late night drive back to Columbus from Opelika. This the only reason I don't have the job was the late hours shift. It caused me to have an accident. I was tired.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing .

    Pros

    Pay is good. Coworkers are awesome. You get free stuff sometimes.

    Cons

    Management is all over the place. Some supervisors help, most don't.

    Advice to Management

    Hire floor walkers to help with all the new trainees and production.

    Pros

    Base salary plus commissions, continuous development opportunities and great learning environments. Entertaining and exciting atmosphere

    Cons

    Low moral due to high expectations for customer service experience which is often out the reps control and high turnover rate

    Advice to Management

    More hands on training and realistic expectations

    I worked at Afni (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The hiring process was really professional. Training was paid and very well done.

    Cons

    It was hard to contact higher authority to discuss anything like if you have to resign or if you are sick. I also tried to meet with someone I had an arranged meeting with, and not only were they not available for the meeting, They had completely left work ahead of time.

    I have been working at Afni (More than a year)

    Pros

    The benefits are great, I love being able to adjust my schedule. There is a real sense of family working here

    Cons

    This is not the job for someone who stresses easily when multitasking

    Advice to Management

    It's an up and down roller coaster. There are great parts of management and very sorry parts.

    Poor management, drama, strict monthly goals.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to who you are managing, they are more than seat filler. The turn over rate wouldn't be so high if employees were treated like people and not warm bodies.

    Great benefits, very flexible with student schedules (after training)

    Cons

    Some of the lowest pay in the call center companies in town. Very high stress, despite great managers.

    Advice to Management

    Higher pay before incentives and assigned desks for teams instead of hot seating mayhem during high recruiting waves.
