I have been working at Agero (MA) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've been with the company now 6 months and truly have to say I love the diversity of people here in our Medford office. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in the door for my interviews and now being the receptionist I enjoy doing the same for all Agero's visitors, clients & vendors. I am truly proud to be the voice and face of the company!

    Cons

The only downside for me would be the 70 miles I travel daily but that's the price you have to pay for working for such a great company.

    Advice to Management

I'd say keep doing what you're doing it seems to be working!

I worked at Agero (MA) full-time

    Pros

Pay is great for this city. It's easy work for the most part.

    Cons

Management and HR could communicate more. The lack of flexibility in your schedule. The schedule you pick before you start is the one you're stuck with for months. No matter how your life changes.

    Advice to Management

What drove me to leave was the lack of support for the overnight crew. My manager didn't work the same hours as we did and the other manager only cared for his team. They would get to leave early and they got prizes if the company did giveaways. That plus the stress from the hurricanes this past summer was too much to handle.

Great incentives and able to help people in need

    Cons

Mandatory overtime at times, switching supervisors alot, the rehire process. I had to resign short notice due to personal issues. Now that I have it taken care of I have tried over and over to reapply and theh send a email stating they found other candidates which frustrates me because when i was there my scorecard was always good, received qrp bonuses, team player.
