    Pros

nice building, good benefits, decent pay, can request to leave early when it's slow

    Cons

high stress, days can be extremely busy or very slow, constantly changing supervisors, required overtime, and always having to meet quota

    Advice to Management

associates should get to rate supervisors on their performance..just like students do for teachers. I had some great supervisors and a really lousy one.

I have been working at Agero (MA) (More than a year)

    Pros

Great pay rate and it is an excellent job for those who need to or want a sit down job

    Cons

Everything is time based. Getting a shift change is next to impossible. Some supervisors are a lot less helpful than others.

    Advice to Management

Some of your floor supervisors need to be retrained. If I ask a floor sup for help they should not direct me to another agent

I worked at Agero (MA) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not a complicated job. Advancement opportunities are always available. Layed back environment. Managers are always available to help when the one assigned to you isnt. Some great people work there.

    Cons

Repetitive. Will change your schedule without choice or notice. It portrays like they honor student schedules and than will favor business needs with a blink if required.

    Advice to Management

Dont try to fit in. Show a better example to the employees who are watching. Dont show favortism. Try harder to make everyone feel like they are apart of the team.

    Pros

Fair starting salary, caring management, decent chance to move up in the company or at least to a different position.

    Cons

It's a call center job, which can be highly stressful for some. The customers were either indifferent or ungrateful much of the time.

    Advice to Management

There isn't much I would tell management to change from my time being there. They were extremely helpful with the problem that caused me to leave and for that I am thankful.
