RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Agile CRM full-time for less than a year
Pros
Exciting opportunities for growth, positive working environment, highly supportive colleagues and an overall great experience. I receive all the support I need from my superiors--they are very attentive. They constantly check in to ensure that I am happy, with a manageable workload and have all the tools I need to be successful. They create a motivating and inspiring working environment that makes me feel that I am part of the Agile family. The management is very thoughtful and treat me with the utmost respect. Honestly, it's a joy to work at Agile CRM.
Cons
None to speak of. They treat me great!

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Agile CRM full-time for less than a year
Pros
The pros was that I was able to get out early.
Cons
They tried to keep my last MONTH of pay after telling me, as a female, I should be making babies rather than working in tech. If you are a female... stay FAR FAR away.

"Most disorganized company ever - dishonest and mean! Beware"
- Career Opportunities★★★★★
Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Agile CRM full-time for less than a year
Pros
None - I can't believe I worked for such a dishonest, mean spirited company. Too bad, good product.
Cons
CEO is a megalomaniac. Berated employees and management constantly. Hostile work environment. Never provided true comp plan, and would constantly change the metrics to ensure they never had to pay out commissions. No benefits, no PTO, no insurance. Nothing. They felt you should be grateful to be treated like dirt. I have never had a worse experience. Terrible. I cannot express what a terrible environment it is. HR is a joke. Shady. I am being honest, something you will never get from management.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Agile CRM full-time for less than a year
Pros
I have only been with the company for a short amount of time but since I have been here I have noticed our VP of Sales is very informative. He works very hard on plans to teach us how to be better in any dept we work in. Most companies have a strict dress code, here they don't. Friendly staff.
Cons
I have none as of now.

RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Agile CRM part-time for less than a year
Pros
The working environment is full of learning since the way it's structured. Awesome bosses, and flexibility of the hours in this job is a plus. They don't have a dressing code, so you can wear whatever you'd like. The team/ staff is caring and very cool people. They really care about the team, and guide you in any way possible to see you succeed among the brand.
Cons
Not really any at this point since I'm relatively new.

RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Agile CRM full-time for less than a year
Pros
Practical boots-on-the-ground exposure to a high quality CRM that is remaining open in terms of ecosystem collaboration and API integrations. Relaxed dress, use your own rig, caring team/staff, room for aggressive dreaming for future deals, and guidance on 'tricks of the trade' to launch and accelerate your sales path. Really care about team & our families.
Cons
Not too many right now, as I'm relatively new. Would be nicer if the tools were taught 1-on-1, but really there are so many training videos, that we can self-teach most of the software nuances.

RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Agile CRM full-time
Pros
Working for Agile CRM is fun, rewarding, and challenging. You learn a ton about technology and modern approaches to sales and marketing. It's been exciting to see the iterations of the platform. They will push and motivate you to be your best.
Cons
I don't have any "cons" about Agile. Let me say something here to at least help the person reading this. Does Agile CRM have opportunity's to improve? Yes but not anything so bad that I would consider it a con.

RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Agile CRM full-time for less than a year
Pros
I joined agile as an SDR right out of college and it was everything I was looking for to start my sales career. While all my friends were going off to big corporate jobs where they were just another worker in a sea of thousands, I was working for an up and coming startup where I was making a noticeable difference everyday in the company, as well as having great relationships with every employee all the way up to the CEO. Having worked in sales before Agile brought me a set of skills known as "sales hacking" that I never knew existed. I went in thinking it would be just an average desk job, and have now realized that the Startup culture they posses makes it anything but. The day I closed my first big deal and got to ring the big sales gong (yes they have a sales gong in the office) was they day I realized that Agile CRM was the place for me.
Cons
The Agile software itself is very elaborate and took me a while to understand, but once I had it down it basically sold itself!
