    Pros

    Nice view from the office

    Cons

Technical Architects need to have more than just an understanding of software design principles. They also need to have a calm and friendly personality.

    Advice to Management

Don't put people in positions that they do not belong in.

I have been working at AgileThought full-time

    Pros

work from home policy great water views from office

    Cons

Delivery leads do not understand or buy-in to Agile process Delivery leads do not back up team members Delivery leads will place all blame on team members to cover-up the DL's incompetencies Once the DL ruins the reputation of a team member they fire them listing the cause as the client wanted the resource removed

    Advice to Management

Better screening when hiring Delivery Leads – do they know Agile? Better training for Delivery Leads e.g. negotiation skills You talk a big story about "The AT Culture" you may want to take a closer look at your delivery and technology leads to see how they are treating the staff that is doing the work

I have been working at AgileThought full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

As you would expect, some of the people you work with day to day. The office view is nice for prospective clients and employees, but isn't that the point.

    Cons

Don't let the company name fool you, the majority of the work is not agile in any way, The founders of the company are either checked out or simply don't care anymore because they are never around and engage with the people actually generating revenue. They are not a consulting firm. They are a staffing company that only cares about keeping everyone billing no matter how many nights and weekends you put in.... Those in current leadership roles are clearly not qualified, pass the buck, blame others to cover their own inadequacies, and do not care about their people as long as they hit their financial numbers. Throwing people food and drinks like some sort of animal behind a cage does not mean you care. From what I can tell they have no real plan for increasing their client base other than to say we are looking to land more enterprise clients. No kidding but that is not a plan. No career or professional develpment of any kind unless you do everything yourself which is not what they said during the interviewing process. They are afraid to push back on clients when they are clearly unreasonable in their expectations because they don't want to deal with it. News flash..... appeasing to everyone actually leads to constantly being run over and not respected.

    Advice to Management

It doesn't make any sense to mention anything as they won't do anything with it.

    I worked at AgileThought full-time

    Pros

Nice office view, some genuinely good people working here, though they're mostly unhappy

    Cons

Bodyshop "churn and burn" mentality: constant deathmarch hours, oversold/underdelivered projects, mismatched resources, terrible client management, high employee attrition. Little to no respect of work/life balance: mandatory weekend and evening hours are common, PM's micromanage teams to death, billability above all things Risky business model: only really sell to 2-3 big clients. If they get dropped or... de-utilized from any one of them, it will get ugly fast Little respect of technology: tunnel vision for outdated tech and Microsoft products

    Advice to Management

Get on with it and sell the company to a bigger fish. Stop selling an illusion of a modern tech company to potential employees.
