    Pros

Decent pay, some good people - before they pack it in...

    Cons

Poor leadership, company struggling with a change of focus, very long hours often required

    Advice to Management

Don't expect your employees to be there all day and night forever. Listen to what your clients want and provide that - not what you want to be.

I have been working at Agilisys full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

They give you long term, stable low paid work with NO training or development. They talk a good game but that is only for them to look good from the outside. Agilisys looks very good from the outside, their website has just been revamped but its laughable! I am currently employed by Agilisys and I have been working here for the last 10 years!

    Cons

They turned the company into an Employee owned Trust. I have been here for 10 years and I am currently still employed. The Employee owned trust was sold to us as a "John Lewis Type" scenario. However, this means nothing as we do not see any financial benefits out of it. We were originally told we would be paid out dividends but this was a horrendous lie. They relish on the fact that the low paid contact centre workers are easily replaceable so you cant really say anything otherwise they find a way to bully you out. Dead end company, unless you rub the right shoulders you get forgotten about. The training and development is non existent, unless you know the right people. I have been here 10 years working for a local government contract. You can not excel from within the company. The training and development anyone seeks is always "NOT APPLICABLE TO YOUR ROLE", well obviously, that is why training exists, so you can do it and get into another role! They will not let you progress, they do not reward or even acknowledge when you go above and beyond. I train new starters even though I have had no training myself to do this professionally. I create my own training manuals for new starters, without being trained myself to do this. I have had no acknowledgement. You be the judge of that. Its been 10 years and apparently its not applicable to my role! Go figure! Do not ask for a pay rise as for the last 10 years all I have ever been told is that we are "Not a Money making service, so you wont get one" Well its not my fault someone within Agilisys doesn't know how to turn a profit! Yet we receive emails by accident from the client saying otherwise. Maybe they don't know they are including us by accident in a group email. People constantly do their own thing and do not follow process, This is when they mess up so bad they need to pay staff off to leave quietly. This happens all the time. Also if your based outside of London, you don't matter. They even tried to bribe departments to leave positive reviews on Glass Door so that the individual departments get money to spend on cake days or some crap like that! We don't want cake days, We want a realistic progress! I got invited to a 10 Year long term service party in London 250 Miles away, just me, on my own, without the rest of the team! What made them think I could even afford the train ticket down there on the low paid wage im on bringing up a family! Very insensitive. Very stupid. Another thing, the main part of my job is to answer the phone, Why is it so difficult to get a working headset that hasn't been used by 5 other people previously with make up caked on or all over it! Its so stupid its beyond belief. The office is dirty with stains all over the carpets everywhere. They cant fix 1 window, its been over 2 years.

    Advice to Management

Someone get hold of Minaj Badole and and Andrew Maidenhall and let them know what sort of show is being run within the company and how the staff REALLY FEEL about the bull that goes on.

I have been working at Agilisys full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Nothing positive to say about working for agilisys.

    Cons

Lack of training. It's becoming a joke everytime I ask for training it gets knocked back. Why is it that agilisys doesn't want me to develop and better myself. Feel like any developments would have to take place outside of work. Agilisys is unable or unwilling to invest in it employees. Requested Prince 2 training and this was declined. I was told if I want development I need to leave agilisys to get it. Which is the only truthful thing I have been told.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees or lose them.
