I have been here almost a year and have advanced to a new role, learning multiple jobs.

    Cons

I have been working at Agility Health full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The team at the Saline location is wonderful. I know that if my family needs me, my team will pick up my patients without question. Therapy and Nursing work fairly well together, even though we are a contract department within their organization.

    Cons

90% productivity expectation. There has been quite a lot of rehab director turnover in the last 2 years. Current RD seems like a keeper.

    Pros

Salary was very good....for PT position only due to high stress level. Staff rates were not competitive.

    Cons

Communication and support were lacking. As well as there systems that were in place for billing and documenting were not efficient.
